It’s been a while. I’m still painting but I hit a bit of a learning curve on several lvls and haven’t had much to post. That and the crushing depression/anxiety/dread/rage that many of us are dealing with right now given the state of the world.
Anyway, have a trippy little flail snail. I still have to paint up the body of the snail itself but I’m very pleased with how the shell is turning out. Unfortunately, the pics do not do the shell justice. I’ll have to play with lighting and such and see if I can get some better pics.
The shell is painted up in regular model paint then two different effect paints were layered on top. I’ll do up a step by step when I have the energy.
